Entering the Embrace of Love

 

For Thursdays, I ask you to push pause.  To continue to breathe and be in God’s presence.  Remembering that you don’t earn God’s love, God’s love is constant and continual.  God’s love is - no matter what. 

 

As a prayer, let’s sing/pray the third verse together:

Come, Almighty, to deliver,
let us all thy life receive.
Suddenly return, and never,
nevermore thy temples leave.
Thee we would be always blessing,
serve thee as thy hosts above,
pray, and praise thee without ceasing,
glory in thy perfect love.

 

Pray and praise God without ceasing is to find ourselves rooted in God’s whole and holy love.  May this invitation awaken new ideas and insights into your life on this third day of February.
